FIRST TIME APPOINTMENTS

After scheduling your first appointment, you must purchase your session online to secure it. In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must provide at least 24 hours notice. See cancellation policy below.

CANCELLATION, NO-SHOW & LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

Your business is valued and your cooperation is appreciated. I make a commitment to you to guarantee your appointment time and refuse all other’s requests once you have made the appointment. A minimum 24-hour cancellation notice is required. Missed or no-show appointments will result in you being charged the full amount of the scheduled session. Cancellations made with less than 24-hours notice will be charged the full amount unless the full session time can be filled by another client.

Depending on the booking schedule, late appointments may not receive the full session time as scheduled, but full payment is required. All fees must be paid prior to your next appointment.
